DIRECTIONS: When you’re ready, head into the room you want to cleanse and (again, carefully!) light the tip of your smudge stick. The stick should release a thick smoke, that you can disperse with your hands or by walking around the room (counterclockwise is always the magickal direction). Envelope yourself in the smoke until your smudge stick has burned, the energy feels different, or your fire alarm goes off. After this ritual, the difference in the space should be noticeable.
